Hi Mitchell, I wanted to drop you a quick note about Jack. He is doing the exercises you recommended, the change in his running ability has been amazing. His friends and sporting teachers have noticed a huge difference. Jack is certainly faster over short distances and last Friday came fourth in the annual school cross country out of 60 odd boys. Previously this was an event he used to dread, would come way down the field and be in pain for quite some time afterwards. We just wanted to thank you again for all your help. I cannot recommend StrideUK and Mitchell Phillips too highly. I first saw Mitchell last September with a couple of different problems, including shin splints. One comprehensive biomechanical analysis later (you even get a CD of your treadmill session) and the root cause of my problems, along with the solutions, had been identified. Mitchell's advice, which included the regular use of a foam roller, had me running injury free and better and faster than ever within a couple of weeks. One month later and I had set a 10k PB! Mitchell also provides a first class sports therapy service. Having damaged my calves through over-zealous sprinting back in November, I seriously began to wonder whether l could run competitively again. Thanks to Mitchell's no nonsense deep massage technique and sensible advice, I am back running again a matter of days later. Have now run 2 halfs marathons (Eastbourne 1.50), Hastings (1.49) and then the Worthing 20 (2.45), No pain with ITB, so now looking forward to the big one in 3 weeks.
